Day 11 15/12/11

Arrived today earlier to office. went thru some details with colleagues on the job role and function of their department. basically i have known all the function and is good to run thru it again as it is different i would say compare to the previous ones. nevertheless. quite good.

I got my employee tag and i do realise i wasnt too proud to wear it at this moment. U have to think simple to be simple so therefore, dont complaint much and live with it.

had lunch with lunch mates. good seasion too. found kelvin woo to be quite talkative but he did make the crowd wake up with his humour or so. i find him a nice chap.

quite a boring day . went thru with credit controller and to be honest, is way behind my ex company standard as he dont even understand DSO for the country telling me something else instead. nvm , he is new. maybe my standard perception is much higher. have to learn to lower down my expectation. every company has it pros and cons.

went thru another session with colleagues. she's good i would say. i think she can make it better with my ex company with the never say attitude. good girl.

it is 6pm now there's a christmas party where everyone will get a present on the day. i got myself a starbuck mug from the team. felt nice to have a present. the guys are enjoying themselve with all the cakes and cookies prepared by shatinee and callyn. this is all i need if i got it from ibm and a good and patient mentor but it nv happened.

pack dinner for wife and myself. reluctant to go out for a drink with kam seng as i think age is catching up and kind of need more sleep. but still ended up drinking with william and gang. i think they are true friend in terms of drinking only. however, i feel glad he called me up from drinks and i appreciated it so much.
